Aerospace Sealants. To Spec. On Time.

NSL Aerospace — now part of Bron Companies — has been a trusted partner to airlines, MROs, and OEMs for more than 30 years. As an AS9100 & NADCAP-certified distributor and FAA-approved PMA manufacturer, we supply aerospace sealants, adhesives, and specialty chemicals that meet the highest industry standards. When standard OEM channels fall short, NSL delivers.

The NSL Difference

From FAA-approved PMA sealants to global distribution — NSL Aerospace delivers what aviation demands.

  • PMA Sealants

We develop and manufacture FAA-approved PMA alternatives to industry-standard aerospace sealants. Same specs. Better availability. Approved for Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, and more — at a fraction of the lead time.

  • Custom Packaging & Distribution

We distribute and repackage a wide range of aerospace chemicals — sealants, adhesives, lubricants, and coatings — in the exact quantities and formats your operation requires. From Semkits to pints and quarts, we package to your spec.

  • Sourcing

With a global procurement network and strategic long-term partnerships, we source hard-to-find aerospace materials across chemicals, metals, tapes, and tooling. If it's on your spec sheet, we'll find it.

What are PMA products?

A "Parts Manufacturer Approval" (PMA) is a combined design and production approval granted by the FAA for aircraft modification and replacement articles.
It allows independent manufacturers to legally produce and sell replacement parts that function exactly like or better than the original equipment

Why PMA products make sense?

  1. Significant Cost Savings:
PMAs typically offer direct savings of 25% to 45% compared to OEM prices. Furthermore, by introducing competition into the market, they break OEM monopolies and help moderate long-term price escalations for maintenance materials.
  2. Supply Chain Reliability and Part Availability:
PMAs provide immediate relief from severe OEM supply chain bottlenecks. Because PMA manufacturers are typically more flexible, they offer shorter lead times, which reduces expensive turnaround delays and keeps aircraft flying.
  3. Uncompromised Quality and Safety:
PMAs are not "knockoffs"; they undergo a rigorous FAA approval process to ensure they functionally equal or exceed OEM safety and performance standards. Historically, they have an outstanding safety record, and are sometimes reverse-engineered to have even tighter tolerances and better durability than the original parts.
