BA 12988 1 mil Non-Silicone Polyester Tape
BA 12988 is a 1mil polyester “flash” tape coated with a proprietary, silicone-free acrylic adhesive. This tape is designed to be the replacement tape for silicone polyester tapes in composite applications. These tapes will remove cleanly at elevated temperatures and have good solvent resistance. BA 12988 passes all low-outgassing requirements as stated in ASTM E-595.
