BA 6259 is manufactured from modified high-modulus skived PTFE film coated with a high-temperature silicone adhesive. The PTFE backing is treated to enhance bond strength while maintaining excellent thermal stability, allowing BA 6259 to perform reliably in demanding high-heat electrical and industrial environments.
