BA FEP2 FEP Release Film for Complex Contours - Perforated or Non-Perforated

BA FEP2 (2mil) is a clear or pigmented release film designed for a variety of release applications. Featuring a non-stick surface and excellent chemical resistance, this film can withstand temperatures up to 205°C (400°F), making it ideal for composite molding across a wide range of resin systems. With high elongation and a smooth, low-gel surface, BA FEP2 easily conforms to complex mold contours, ensuring a smooth part finish. Perforated versions are available to control outgassing and resin bleed. Pigmented films enhance visibility, speeding up removal from parts and molds.
