Low outgassing black polyurethane coating
MAP® PU1 is a black polyurethane coating developed for use in spacecraft. This coating provides superior thermal protection with excellent thermo-optical properties. This coating also provides a very good thermal stability at very low temperature.
Applications:
MAP® PU1 is suitable for flight hardware parts of satellites. This coating finds in particular an application on:
- Polyimide films
- Waveguide, satellite walls
- Optical baffle
- Brackets, electronic boxes
